Must be 12+ years old to volunteer.
Counselors in Training (CITs) primarily serve as role models for camps and events. They act as buddies to our students, aiding them in building connections, understanding safety and game rules, and assisting with craft activities. They adhere to all camp guidelines and embody The Movement Park's values. These values include self-awareness, awareness of others and the environment, and a continuous pursuit of personal growth.
Eligible CITs should meet the following criteria:
The candidate for the CIT program must be at least 12 years old or entering the 7th grade.
The CIT must be an active parkour student at The Movement Park, invited by a staff member to join the program or apply through an interview process.

If you are signed up for a volunteer shift but are unable to be there, you’ll be able to unclaim your shift through our staff scheduling app.
Please keep in mind that if you don't show up for a shift or continually cancel it will be hard to write a glowing recommendation for you to continue with our CIT program.
We understand things happen so please let us know as early as possible if you will not be able to make it.
