Overview: The Movement Park is seeking a Lead Coach to guide transformative movement experiences through the spirit of parkour. You’ll be more than a coach — you’ll be a culture-shaper, confidence-builder, and leader in our growing community.
What You'll Do
- Coach dynamic, engaging parkour classes — including advanced sessions
- Mentor junior coaches and uphold high instructional standards
- Design lesson plans that balance skill development and fun
- Lead special events, private lessons, and workshops
- Track student progress and engage with parents
- Support cleanliness, communication, and team spirit
- Grow your own skills and share your expertise

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of coaching experience (parkour, movement, or related)

- Relevant certification/education (or in-progress within 6 months)

What You'll Do
- Coach youth and beginner-level parkour classes
- Support student safety, progression, and class engagement
- Assist Lead Coaches with curriculum delivery and classroom dynamics
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and team members
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to facility culture
- Develop your own movement and coaching skills

- 1+ year coaching experience (parkour, gymnastics, functional movement, or related)
- Comfortable leading small groups of kids with energy and structure
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Receptive to coaching and mentorship
- Consistently available evenings and weekends for scheduled classes and subbing
- Passionate about helping others move, grow, and thrive

Member Services Coordinator — Role Details
Overview: Full-time, mid-level leadership role for someone who thrives on systems, service, and hustle. You’ll own front desk operations, support team coordination, and lead client communications with warmth, initiative, and laser-sharp attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily front desk and client-facing operations
- Ensure accurate check-ins, bookings, and customer follow-ups
- Train and mentor support staff and monitor performance
- Improve organizational systems (digital and physical)
- Create, track, and report KPIs related to front-of-house performance
- Handle merchandise sales, inventory tracking, and supply ordering
- Assist with event prep, sales outreach, and client retention
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized facility experience
What Success Looks Like
- 95%+ accuracy on customer check-ins and billing
- Quick, professional responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours)
- Organized, efficient front desk operations that run smoothly

What You Bring
- 1+ year in reception, admin, or customer service
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Google Workspace & digital tools fluency
- Can work evenings + Saturdays — no exceptions
- High initiative, self-management, and follow-through
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Member Services Assistant — Role Details
Overview: Greet families, support events, manage check-ins, and deliver great customer service with professionalism and warmth.
What You'll Do
- Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage class rosters, booking changes, and cancellations
- Answer phone, email, and in-person questions using scripts
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Complete laundry duties during and between classes
- Track and restock supplies (toilet paper, merch, water, cleaning products, etc.)
- Support events, parent communication, and merchandise sales
- Log notes and help teammates stay in sync between shifts
- Assist with special projects as needed
